The PENN PURSUIT IV 7’ FISHING ROD AND REEL SPINNING COMBO is a battle-tested and durable fish-taming kit designed for saltwater anglers. Featuring a lightweight and dependable 1-piece graphite composite rod blank with a graphite reel seat, paired with a size 2500 reel. The rod is equipped with 8 single-piece PENN Dura-Guides that are built to last without fraying the line, suitable for both mono and braid. The gear ratio of 6.2:1 allows for efficient and effective recovery, while remaining butter-smooth and easy to control.

The HT-100 front drag system offers a mono capacity of yd/lb: 255/6 175/8 140/10 and a braid capacity of 240/10 220/15 160/20. With 4 sealed stainless steel ball bearings plus 1 instant anti-reverse bearing, smooth operation is guaranteed. With a line rating of 6-12lb, medium light power, and a moderate fast action, this Pursuit IV Spinning Combo features a lure rating of 1/16-5/8. The EVA handle is designed for both Right and Left-handed anglers.
